Deepam

·         The State Government when launched the Deepam Scheme for supply of LPG gas connection and refills to the DWCRA beneficiaries, has entrusted the work of supply of LPG to the said DWCRA beneficiaries residing in the inaccessible areas under APSCSCL. Accordingly, after due deliberations with the three oil companies, they initially opened 26 distribution points Now the Corporation is running the following LPG outlets. 

 DISTRIBUTION OF FREE TRADE KEROSENE:

 

·         The Commissioner of Civil Supplies & Ex.Officio Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department, Hyderabad vide Ref.No. E3/1134/2004-B dt 10.2.2005 has informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh have decided to market “Free Trade Kerosene” through separate dealers without entrusting the same to PDS wholesale Kerosene Dealers in the interest of ensuring fair distribution of PDS kerosene and to provide “Free Trade Kerosene” to all the needy consumers and requested the A.P State Civil Supplies Corporation to take up distribution of free Trade Kerosene to the bulk as well as small industrial and other consumers, whose requirement is less than 12 Kls,as the Corporation is having infrastructural facilities and consumers should not suffer for want of availability of Free Trade Kerosene. 

• The corporation has distributed so far a quantity of 4910 Kls of Free Trade Kerosene in the State. 

DISTRIBUTION OF PACKED BITUMEN:

• Corporation is acting as a sole distributor in marketing of packed Bitumen (HPCL) in the State from October, 2006.  The following quantities of Bitumen have been sold to the Government Departments, ITDA, Municipalities, UDAs, Local road contractors from October, 2006 to 20^th December.2012.
